 We believe in keeping our pricing structure clear and simple, that's why we include many items in our pods as standard. Please use our online booking system to check availability and prices.

Please note we can accept booking from Scottish residents for stays from 26th April.

2 night minimum stay with 3 night minimum stay on bank holidays.

  • To book a pod at Wellington Farm Glamping Breaks, simply click ‘BOOK NOW’ or use the calendar search engine above.

  • You will be re-directed to our booking system which is powered by Freetobook.

  • Freetobook are a secure online booking system specially designed for holiday accommodation.

  • Our online payment system is powered by Stripe and is fully integrated into our Freetobook system.

  • Stripe accept all major debit and credit cards allowing you to have the added security that comes with using your credit card online.

  • Booking confirmations are emailed 30 minutes after booking

  • If you are unable to stay with us due to Covid /travel restrictions then we are happy to rearrange dates or provide a full refund f no suitable dates can be found.

  • Early check in’s and Late check outs are unfortunately not available.

  • Sorry no pets.

  • No smoking in or around the pods.

  • For whole site bookings please contact us first (please note we do not take bookings for 4 or 5 pods).

  • No extra visitors.

  • No stag/hen parties.

  • Pods must be left clean and tidy on departure.

  • Please ensure you have read our Covid policy.

  • Those staying in a pod must be from a single household/support bubble.

  • A non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the stay is required on booking.

  • Full booking balance must be paid at least 28 days before arrival.

  • If your booking is less than 28 days before your stay then full payment is required on booking.

  • If a booking is cancelled less than 28 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.

  • If the booking is cancelled 28 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 25% of the stay will be made.

  • In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

  • In the event you need to cancel your stay due to Covid reasons - for your reassurance we can give the opportuntity to reschedule your booking or provide a full refund without charge.
