Do you do 1 night stays?
I'm afraid unfortunatley we're unable to offer 1 night stays, our pods have a 2 night minimum.
Do you allow dogs?
Unfortunatley we aren't able to welcome pets on site.
How do I book?
To book a stay with us, simply click the 'BOOK NOW' button at the top of the page or go to our Bookings page for more info.
Do each of your pods have hot tubs?
They do! We're pleased to say each of our pods have exactly the same specification and all have private hot tubs.
Can I add extras after I've booked?
Yes, you can. Simply pop us an email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to help you.

What time can I check in?
Check in is from 4pm on your day of arrival.
What time is check out?
Check out is strictly by 10am on the day of departure.
Can i book an earlier check in or later check out?
Unfortunatley we're unable to offer earlier check ins or later check outs at the moment due to turn around times.
Can I pay a deposit when booking?
A non refundable deposit equal to 25% of the stay is required on booking if the booking is more than 28 days away.
When do I pay the balance?
The full booking balance must be paid at least 28 days before arrival, we will email you when the balance is due with a payment link.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
What do you provide?
Are hot tubs included in the price?
All of our pods have a hot tub and are included in the price you pay.
Is there Wifi?
We're pleased to say we do have Wifi on site :)
Can we have visitors on site?
Unfortunately not, no additional family or friends are allowed on the site unless previously agreed. This is to ensure we meet all of our legal obligations with regards to track and trace, fire safety and for the safety of all of our guests.
Are the pods heated?
Each pod is insulated and heated :)
