Wellington Jerseys Ltd Hot Tub Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing to book with us here at Wellington Farm Glamping Breaks. In addition to our general booking terms and conditions, the following specific Hot Tub conditions also apply. Hot Tub can present dangers if not used or operated in the correct way, you will be given a demonstration by one of our staff on arrival to ensure that you have an understanding of how to operate your hot tub in the correct way. Used correctly hot tub's can be very relaxing and can alleviate stress.


Please ensure you have read the following terms and conditions prior to booking as they form a vital part of your agreement with us.

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Hot Tubs can impose significant risks, to ensure your safety please read the following:


  • Hot tubs are permitted for use between the hours of 10am – 10pm.


  • You shower with soap and water before using the hot tub.


  • Nail polish and Fake tan must be removed.


  • Enter & Exit the hot tub carefully, no jumping or diving.


  • Do not smoke in or around the hot tub.


  • You exceed the maximum number of bathers (4 persons)


  • Children be able to stand up right in the hot tub to be able to use it and be supervised in or around the hot tub


  • No glass to be taken in or around the hot tub.


  • Do not use any electrical appliances in or around the hot tub.


  • Pregnant women are advised to follow NHS guidelines and use the hot tub.


  • Do not sit, stand or lie down on the lid.


  • Do not use the hot tub under the influence of alcohol.


  • Do not use the hot tub if you have any rashes, broken skin or have experienced diarrhoea vomiting or flu symptoms in the last 48 hours.


  • Do not use the hot tub if the water temp exceeds 40C.


  • Guests who suffer from heart diseases, diabetes, high or low blood pressure or any serious illness should not use the hot tub without seeking medical advice first.


  • Do not use bubble bath, oils, soaps detergents or any other chemical with the hot tub.


  • If you suffer an allergic reaction please vacate the hot tub immediately and inform us straight away. If the reaction continues you should visit the nearest doctor or A&E.


  • 2 daily test’s will be carried out by us to check PH and sanitiser readings, if extra chemicals are required you may not be able to use the hot tub for a short time after they have been added.


We reserve the right to remove the use of the hot tub at anytime during your stay (without a refund) if we find that these rules and safety advice have not been followed correctly. Should our hot tub become contaminated a £50 charge will be made.  Any damage to hot tubs will be charged to the lead booker.


The leader booker must sign a document on arrival to show they have read and accept the terms and conditions.
